I am grateful for the extraordinary support of our 2005 Fund Campaign. As of now, we've raised 52% over our goal. At the very end, Microsoft put us over the top with a $25,000 contribution. And we have now confirmed an anonymous (for the moment) gift of $1,000,000 — the first $90,000 we received at the end of the year. Thank you to everyone who made this campaign a success. We're very happy to continue to receive more support, but now we're turning back to our work in spreading CC. Thank you again.

No puedo dejar de preguntarme las razones del donativo de $25,000 de Microsoft y mucho más me intriga la donación anónima de un millón de dólares. En cualquier caso me alegra que la iniciativa Creative Commons tenga soporte y siga adelante. Otra manera de contribuir, es hacer uso de este tipo de licencias al generar vuestras obras y publicaciones. El conocimiento libre nos beneficia a todos.
